Dr. Khalida Naseem is an accomplished academic and trainer with over 11 years of teaching, research, and training experience in business management and leadership. She currently serves as Assistant Professor at Minhaj University Lahore and is an HEC-approved PhD Supervisor. Her expertise spans emotional intelligence, stress and anger management, personality development, and educational leadership, and she has been invited as a resource person and trainer by leading organizations including ICMA, Quaid-e-Azam Training Institute, Education University Lahore, and the Forest Department. With a strong publication record in HEC-recognized journals and a commitment to bridging academia and industry, she contributes actively to research, curriculum development, and professional training.
