I am Dr. Ferhana Saeed, a PhD in Information Management and currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the School of Information Management, Minhaj University Lahore. I have authored more than 20 research publications in national and international peer-reviewed journals. My research interests include Health Informatics, Knowledge Management, Knowledge Sharing and Hiding, and Human-Computer Interaction. My work focuses on understanding information behavior and leveraging technology to address challenges in organizational and healthcare contexts.
