I am Dr. Shafqat Rasool, a Natural and Herbal Medicine Specialist, Medical Doctor, Clinical Nutritionist, and academician with a passion for holistic healthcare and patient well-being. I hold a PhD in Natural Medicine and currently serve as the Head of the Eastern Medicine Department at Minhaj University Lahore. I have also been working as a Lecturer in the Department of Nutrition for the past several years, where I am involved in teaching, research, and professional training. With more than nine years of clinical experience, I specialize in the management of gastrointestinal disorders, liver diseases, infertility, hormonal imbalances, PCOS, male and female reproductive health issues, and lifestyle-related diseases through evidence-based herbal medicine, nutrition, and integrative healthcare approaches. My research interests focus on medicinal plants, hepatoprotective therapies, clinical nutrition, and complementary medicine. I have presented my work at national and international scientific conferences and have received recognition for my contributions to healthcare education and research. My mission is to combine traditional healing wisdom with modern scientific knowledge to provide safe, effective, and patient-centered healthcare. Through clinical practice, teaching, and research, I strive to improve health outcomes and promote a healthier society.
