Uzma Bashir is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Commerce and Accountancy and a Research Assistant at the BOG Office, with over eight years of experience in teaching and research. She has taught a diverse range of subjects, including Corporate Governance, Principles of Marketing, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship, Introduction to Business Finance, Organizational Behavior, Money Banking & Finance, and Risk Management & Insurance. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she has supervised internship reports for graduate students. She holds an M.Phil. in Banking and Finance from Hailey College of Banking and Finance, where she earned a perfect GPA of 4.0 in her thesis. Her primary research interests include Corporate Governance, Financial Performance, and Green Finance. She has published research articles in both national and international journals and has actively presented her work at academic conferences. She is proficient in data analysis and continues to contribute to advancing knowledge in her areas of expertise through both teaching and research.
