Introduction

The Certificate Course in Islam, Peace, and Counter-Terrorism (Professionals) is a 10-week specialized program offered by the School of Peace and Counter-Terrorism Studies. Tailored for professionals, scholars, and practitioners from various public and private institutions, this course provides in-depth knowledge of Islam’s authentic teachings on peace, justice, and non-violence. It critically examines the misuse of Islamic concepts by extremist ideologies and explores Quranic and Prophetic models for conflict resolution. Through modules on radicalization, jihad, and global counter-terrorism strategies, participants shall gain analytical tools to address contemporary peace and security challenges.

NOTE: The lectures will be mostly conducted by Foreign qualified Faculty.
