In contrast, U.S. statistics show a rising diagnosis rate, particularly among boys. There is a growing need for trained professionals to support individuals with autism through therapy, education, and early intervention. Diplomas and specialized training in autism can empower caregivers, educators, and therapists to foster meaningful improvements in the lives of autistic individuals and their families.

Objectives

Equip successful graduates with sufficient knowledge, skills, and expertise required to work with and support children with ASD.
Enable successful graduates to plan, organize, and evaluate education and behavior management plans for children with ASD.

Career Path

Autism Specialist – Working directly with individuals on the spectrum to create support plans.
Special Education Teacher – Teaching children with autism in inclusive or special needs classrooms.
Behavior Therapist – Implementing therapies such as ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis).
Early Interventionist – Providing developmental support to children under 5 years.
Inclusion Coordinator – Promoting inclusive practices in schools and institutions.
