Kalam-e-Iqbal Competition

The event commenced with a Quran recitation and Naat, followed by a welcome address by Ms. Ammara Maqsood Qadri (Secretary, Seekers Club), who highlighted Iqbal’s enduring relevance.
Students delivered impassioned renditions of Kalam-e-Iqbal, evaluated by a distinguished panel: Mr Rashid Kalyami, Dr. Asad Mehmood Khan, Dr. Samiya Daood
Judges praised participants for their expression, depth of understanding, and creativity. A special guest performance by Ms. Mamoona Sajid further elevated the event.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Sajid Mehmood Shehzad concluded with an inspiring speech on Iqbal’s vision for youth empowerment.

The Seekers Music Society and Seekers Character Building Society, in collaboration with the Department of Behavioral Sciences, Minhaj University Lahore, organized the Kalam-e-Iqbal Competition, to celebrate the philosophical and patriotic essence of Allama Iqbal’s poetry.
