Renowned chefs from Nestlé Pakistan — Mr. Asad Ali, Mr. Mujahid Ali, and Ms. Shamaila — served as judges and evaluated the dishes based on taste, presentation, and nutritional value.
The event was graced by Registrar MUL Prof. Dr. Khurram Shehzad, Treasurer Mr. Abdul Rehman, Director Academics Dr. M. Jawad Iqbal, Director ICTHM Syed Qamar Abbas, Head School of FST Dr. Summer Rashid, Manager Mr. Hamza Khalid, and other faculty members. In his remarks, Prof. Dr. Khurram Shehzad appreciated the students' efforts, highlighting the university’s commitment to hands-on learning, innovation, and skills development.
Certificates of appreciation were awarded to outstanding participants, and guest chefs were presented with shields in recognition of their contribution.
Ibn e Batuta Center of Tourism and Hospitality Management (ICTHM) celebrated World Potato Day in collaboration with the School of Food Science and Technology and the School of Human Nutrition and Dietetics at Minhaj University Lahore with great enthusiasm.
